Job Description:

This candidate will support client Tax Provision and FP&A team. This group is responsible for the federal, state, and international income tax accounting (ASC 740) including SEC reporting and disclosures. The group also supports forecasting and modeling of cash income taxes, tax expense and the effective tax rate

Experience:

• This role is responsible for gathering information, executing SOX controls, preparing workpapers supporting US Domestic Federal and State income tax calculations.

• The ideal candidate will actively analyse the information received and audit their own work as well as effective review of work of others.

• This role will also be responsible for preparing or reviewing global consolidation workpapers, account reconciliations and analysis of income tax reserves under ASC 740, the income tax related financial results for the client Enterprise’s Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows on a quarterly basis.

• Candidate may also support ad-hoc analysis and special projects, including occasional tax planning.

Skills:
