Beacon Hill Staffing Group Senior Accountant in SeaTac, Washington
Are you a QuickBooks pro with a knack for handling the day-to-day accounting hustle and ready to work ASAP? This Senior Accountant will be managing payroll for 36 employees (paid on the 1st and 15th), handling AP through Bill.com{target="blank" rel="noopener"}, credit card reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. You'll be key in cleaning up entries, spotting discrepancies, and working alongside Moss Adams on key reporting requests. They are looking to get someone started ASAP with a short interview process. The ideal candidate will have: Expertise in QuickBooks Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting/Finance Experience with AP, payroll, GL entries, and multiple entities Strong understanding of month-end and closing processes If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and help us clean house, please apply!
