Spire SeaTac Management LLC Sales Manager in SeaTac, Washington
Description The Sales Manager position will be responsible for all Small Business accounts. Recent or current hotel sales experience in the Business Transient sales market is REQUIRED for consideration. The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: Compensation: Salary $68,000 - 72,000 USD dependent on experience. Meets with and maintains rapport with individuals and contacts in order to produce groups and/or business transient business on both a local and national level; to include Room Sales, F & B Sales and Catering/Banquet. Schedules conventions and business group activities at the hotel. Maintains liaison with other hotel-level departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the sales office and prospective clients. Maintains good rapport with area Chamber of Commerce, and other local civic groups and companies. Ensures sales activities meet or surpass profit plan. Develops and maintains client files.
