Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Office Manager in the Heavy Civil Construction industry. Based in Seatac, Washington, the role involves a range of administrative and project coordination duties.

Responsibilities:

• Take on the role of backup for payroll operations

• Handle accounts payable activities, including invoice processing

• Ensure compliance with contractor and trade markers regulations

• Perform administrative tasks to support the team

• Oversee insurance requirements and ensure they are met

• Coordinate and reconcile compliance matters

• Manage a high volume of paperwork related to various tasks

• Contribute to the production of company newsletters

• Utilize a diverse range of skills to perform varied tasks in the office

Skills:

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with Concur and CRM

• Familiarity with About Time and Accounting Functions

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls

• Knowledge of Viewpoint Vista and Certified Payroll

• Experience in Payroll and Contracts

• Ability to Assure Compliance and handle Compliance documentation Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with Concur

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Ability to perform various accounting functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Capable of answering inbound calls in a professional manner

• Proficiency in Viewpoint Vista

• Certified Payroll experience is a plus

• Experience in handling payroll

• Familiarity with contract management

• Ability to assure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Experience in handling compliance documentation
