We are seeking a Local 55 Superintendent to lead our Sheet Metal - New Construction operations in the Spokane, WA territory. This role is responsible for overseeing project management, supervision, budgeting, and risk management, ensuring both short- and long-term projects are successfully executed while upholding our core values of Collaboration, Community, Dedication, Fun, Innovation, and Safety. Champion a safety-first culture across all job sites. Workforce Development & Labor Coordination Establish and maintain strong relationships with SMART Local 55 union halls and dispatchers. Ensure the right workforce is in place to meet project demands and future growth. Project Execution & Delivery Oversee the successful completion of short- and long-term projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Implement best practices in project management, supervision, and risk mitigation. Team Skill Development & Leadership Build and mentor a high-performing team with the necessary technical and leadership skills. Ensure team members are trained in industry regulations, safety standards, and project execution strategies.
