Job Purpose: To provide quality care and support services to the people in their homes by providing services that are essential to the health, continued independence, and well-being of the clients.
¨Caregiver Responsibilities May Include: ¨Providing Companionship and creating a positive environment.
¨Light housekeeping including, vacuuming, Washing dishes, laundry,
¨Planning, preparing and serving meal.
¨Assisting with transfers, walking and physical activities ¨Assisting clients with personal care services such as; bathing, oral care, Toileting, dressing and grooming, Medication Reminder
¨Assistance with transportation to medical appointments, shopping, activities and errands
