We are working with a prominent airline operator that delivers an extensive range of domestic and international flight services to travelers. Known for prioritizing reliability, passenger comfort, and exceptional service, their goal is to ensure smooth and enjoyable travel experiences for customers globally. They are looking to bring on a GRC Manager for a hybrid role, requiring 3 days onsite in Seattle, WA. This is a contract role expected to run until the end of the year, with the possibility of renewal.

The GRC Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the Governance, Risk, and Compliance functions, as well as overseeing junior team members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a growing airline and expand their managerial and security experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Located around Seattle, WA – able to come in 3 days per week

  • Previous experience as a GRC Manager (preferably with experience in the aerospace/aviation industry)

  • People management experience

  • Broad GRC experience with an emphasis on vulnerability management and compliance initiatives

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • PCI experience

  • AuditBoard experience

  • SmartSheet experience

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Leading and managing the GRC team

  • Picking up and managing a handful of pertinent projects
