Role Summary:

The Commercial Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting and maintaining the programs and systems utilized by the Commercial Department. They work closely with all commercial teams to support the department goals and objectives. The Systems Administrator is involved with maintaining the functionality of all commercial programs including systems continuity and procedural design and adherence. The Systems Administrator will also assist in training at all levels system use by the commercial team.

 

What You Will Be Doing:

  1. In concert with Product Owners, maintain functionality of all Commercial systems including troubleshooting and regular system updates and releases.
  2. Provide 'help desk' style assistance to the commercial teams regarding any commercial systems issues, complaints, or needs.
  3. Provide support to credit union staff through training and explaining commercial policies and procedures focusing on system function, process, and limitations.
  4. Assist in generating and producing reports for all levels of commercial and Gesa team members.
  5. Assist the Commercial Systems & Portfolio Management Manger/Team Lead with special projects and assignments.
  6. Assist in the Vendor Management processes with new and existing programs and systems.
  7. Attend credit union training sessions, conferences, or seminars as approved by supervisor. Maintain awareness of policies and regulations related to duties and responsibilities.
  8. Maintain a professional work environment and work under restricted time constraints.
  9. Understand and apply state and federal laws, regulations, and Gesa's member business lending policies and procedures.
  10. Demonstrate support of corporate values, mission, and vision. Perform job duties within these standards and in accordance with the guidelines of our bylaws and regulations.
  11. Maintain and protect all sensitive data utilizing the highest standard of confidentiality and professionalism. Consistently display respect for all areas of diversity and levels of knowledge.
