The ideal candidate will have 10 to 12 years of experience with a strong background in the Airlines domain. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring the successful implementation of solutions and driving innovation within the team. Qualifications * Possess a strong understanding of Azure Databricks and Databricks * Demonstrate expertise in data engineering and data analytics within the Airlines domain * Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues * Show proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Scala * Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills * Have experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools * Display a proactive approach to learning and staying current with new technologies * Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science information technology or a related field * Preferably have a master's degree in a relevant discipline * Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor a technical team * Show a track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment * Have experience with cluster Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 10/06/2024. The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
