Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC Clinical Outreach Specialist in Ridgefield, Washington

We are currently seeking a Clinical Outreach Specialist to join our Team!

Advanced Recovery Systems is an integrated behavioral healthcare management company dedicated to the treatment of addiction, substance abuse, eating disorders and mental health issues. The Clinical Outreach Specialist will support marketing and outreach efforts for Advanced Recovery Systems and is responsible for customer adoption and growth within a territory. An experienced clinical salesperson who has a consultative sales approach, a successful track record growing and onboarding clients with polished presentation skills. Responsible for your own success within the territory, ensuring incremental growth in winning account relationships, while providing the best sales experience possible for our community partners.

This is a remote role covering the Seattle and surrounding markets in support of our Ridgefield, Washington facility.

Core Job Duties:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with accounts in your territory

  • Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling new ARS service lines to existing accounts

  • Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation

  • Work with multiple Sales Development Reps (SDR) assigned to your territory to prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources

  • Demonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during sales cycles

  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis

  • Track all opportunity and customer details including activities, time frames, and next steps in Salesforce

  • Partner with customer success to ensure high satisfaction within your accounts

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Creation of a variety of clinical related presentations and executing them (virtually or in-person) to our community partners both locally and nationwide

  • Facilitating media relations/interviews


  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, Graduate degree preferred

  • Graduate from an accredited university in the field of Psychology, Mental Health, Social Work, or health related field


  • Minimum of two (2) years’ in business development

  • Referral relations/relationship management

  • Success in selling to healthcare professionals

  • Managing and closing new accounts

  • Team selling experience a plus

  • Presenting to various sized audiences on a variety of clinical related topics

  • Licensed in the State of practice (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD/PhD in Psychology) preferred

  • Driving record that meets safety and company insurance standards
