CPCCo Work Planner/Scheduler in Richland, Washington

* Construction Work Control Planner position supporting the execution of Davis-Bacon Determined work scope. * Implementing CPCCo and DOE programs, policies, standards, and procedures into tech procedures, work packages, Hazard Review Boards and Job Safety/Hazard Analyses. * Individual will develop work packages, lead workability field walk downs, participate in hazard review boards, and recommend techniques to perform low risk and high- risk construction and operation work scope. * The candidate will have experience with evaluating/determining the risk and complexity of construction and facility tasks to develop hazard controls. * The position will interface regularly with SME's, Field Work Supervisors, Engineers, Project Management, Commercial Contractors and Building Trades Craft. Basic Qualifications * A Bachelor's degree and 10 years construction or scheduling experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education. * Critical abilities required for the position include: o Current work experience developing, issuing and managing work packages for Davis-Bacon Determined construction work on the Hanford Site. o A working knowledge of Conduct of Operations processes (i.e., VPP, ISMS, etc.) as well as an understanding of regulatory and federal government oversight requirements (i.e., OSHA, NFPA, etc.) associated with nuclear facility operations and/or construction activities. o Current knowledge of the CPCCo/Hanford Site work control procedures and processes. o 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Worker or Radiological Worker II in the DOE or DOD complex. o AHERA Building Inspector and Project Designer Certificate Desired Qualifications * Hold a current Work Planning Qualification Card for performing planning activities on the Hanford site CPCCo is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
