At our Richland facility, we design and manufacture the fuel sent to nuclear power plants providing cleaner, safer and more economical low-carbon energy to US households. We are looking for an exceptional Training Specialist for our Horn Rapids Road office in Richland, Washington. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Though no day is the same, your typical day might include: Developing and administering regulatory required training programs for employees, contractors and/or customers. Leading in-person training such as new employee orientation. Assisting employees in the computer lab to understand and complete online learning assignments. Review and revising curriculum and lesson plans with an eye to increased effectiveness through new content and/or delivery method. Evaluation of a training program's implementation and effectiveness. Discussion with managers to understand the evolving learning and development needs of our talent pool. Lead a midscale project. Use the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) model and the Analysis, Design, Development, Implement, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process to develop new and revised training initiatives.
