UDR is seeking qualified candidates for c opportunities to support Hanford Mission Integration Solutions (HMIS) in Richland, WA SCOPE OF WORK These positions will provide procedure support to Hanford Mission Integration Solutions (HMIS). Working under the direction of the Water/ Sewer Director, the Procedure Writers shall develop/ modify operating preventive maintenance procedures for various projects. Procedure Writers will develop new procedures from design documents and update existing documents at the direction of Water/ Sewer Utilities management. HMIS approved templates shall be used and shall meet the minimum HMIS requirements and procedures. Required Qualifications Prior experience developing and preparing operating, maintenance, and preventive maintenance procedures to support system turnover. Ability to write operation, maintenance, and preventive maintenance procedures based on system design. Ability to read system drawings to determine system lineup and configuration. Ability to interface with other organizations to resolve/disposition concerns/comments. One writer shall have mechanical background and experience, and one electrical background and experience. Current Procedure Professional Association (PPA) procedure writer certification or ability to obtain within 2 months of hire. (Edgewater will provide training) Desired Qualifications: Hanford Knowledge & Background Site Access and Work Hours The work will be performed in the 200W area of the Hanford Site and work a standard 4/10 schedule. The standard work week consist of ten (10) hours of work between 6:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. with one-half hour designated as an unpaid period for lunch, Monday through Thursday. Work performed outside normal operating hours shall be coordinated and/or approved through the BTR and/or the contract Specialist prior to performing the work.
