Senior Program Manager (for both Performance Assurance Field Support and Contractor Assurance Program) UDR is seeking qualified candidates for aSenior Program Manager (for both Performance Assurance Field Support and Contractor Assurance Program) opportunity inRichland, WAto support the Hanford Site. Work Location: Performance Assurance Field Support: Work scope shall be performed at the Buyer's facility, primarily in both the 'in-town' CPCCo offices (2620 Fermi building) and past the Wye Barricade at CPCCo sites and buildings. All work is performed within administrative facilities. Limited work activities (e.g., report writing) may be allowed to be performed at the Contractor's facility of choice as allowed by the BTR. Contractor Assurance Program Support: Hybrid work locations are allowed. Work can be performed at either the Buyer's facility or the Contractor's facility as BTR directs. Contractor is responsible to provide computer hardware and internet services for remote access. Contractor's resources that provide support on an as-needed basis shall work at the Buyer's location identified by the BTR. SCOPE OF WORK These functions include, but are not limited to, various elements of issues management including assessment planning and tracking, corrective action development, regulatory reporting, tracking, and verification, issues screening and trending, database administration and reporting, production and maintenance of Key Performance Indicators and department level indicators, leading of event investigations and causal analysis, and management of project performance dashboards. This scope also includes, under CPCCo oversight, monitoring and reporting of Contractor Assurance System program compliance and effectiveness, identification and implementation of appropriate training requirements, compilation and distribution of lessons learned to OPEXShare and other external sites as applicable, supporting reporting into the NTS and PAAA system, and direct support of data requests from DNFSB and other external regulatory agencies. Program Manager Tasks: Provide coordination, communication, and interface between the Contractor's resources supporting this scope and the CPCCo C&PA Program Manager. The Program Manager is to hold regularly scheduled meetings to share DOE, company, and Project details. Monitor, oversee, provide direction, and assign critical Project work activities to the Contractor resources, which are approved by the CPCCo C&PA Program Manager. Review the areas of focus and provide status on those areas to the CPCCo C&PA Program Manager so that progress and project status can be determined. Collaborate with the CPCCo C&PA Program Manager to determine the focus areas for the Contractor resources as needed to assess specific areas of focus. Work closely with the CPCCo C&PA Program Manager to ensure continued C&PA Program effectiveness and growth. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED U.S. Citizenship Bachelor's degree. Buyer accepts education equivalency of two years of experience for one year of education. Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience Minimum of 10 years of experience with similar programs in a highly regulated work environment such as commercial nuclear, DOE, or DOD. Minimum of five (5) years demonstrated managerial experience leading contractor assurance or related functions for the Department of Energy including management of critical operational issues, event investigation, development and monitoring of corrective action plans, and interfacing with a diverse range of customers and regulatory agencies. Security and Badging Requirements For any on-site work, general site access badging is required. Special clearance requirements will be provided, if applicable.
