Volt is immediately hiring Senior Implementation Managers in Richland, WA
As a *Senior Implementation Manager *you will:
Provides technical and support services (and in some instances direct oversight and governance services) to Enterprise Risk Projects, that will ultimately allow the Project Manager to execute project deliverables with quality, safety, on schedule, within budget, and in the most effective manner possible. A background in civil and/or mechanical discipline is needed for this position.
This is a *full time *opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Background in civil or mechanical discipline.
- Ability to work weekends and nights
- Skilled in Enterprise Management Software (Asset Suite, SAP, etc.)
- Intimately familiar with logic driven schedules (generated by Primavera and/or Microsoft Project)
- Code and regulatory requirements as they relate to maintenance and field work activities
- Error reduction and human performance improvement methods, and cost-effective work execution methodologies.
- Procedures and processes related to maintenance and engineering activities
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Advanced Computer Skills
- Proven experience in construction management.
- Proven experience in multiple refueling outages at a commercial nuclear powerplant.
- Proven experience with the production and operational processes at a commercial nuclear powerplant.
- Proven experience with feedwater hea ters and internals of feedwater heaters.
- Proven experience with steam systems and/or work associated with ASME Boiler Pressure Vessel code vessels, heat exchangers, piping, and valves.
- Certifications associated with mechanical disciplines, construction, or projects are desired.
Pay Rate: $85.00- $115.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
