CTG Senior Implementation Manager in Richland, Washington
CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Implementation Manager opening for our client in Richland, WA.
Location: Richland, WA
Duration: 3 months
Duties:
Provide technical and support services for Mechanical Enterprise Risk Projects.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality, safety, schedule, and budgetary requirements.
Serve as an expert authority in the field, applying best practices and current code requirements.
Support project managers in execution strategies, schedule validation, and risk mitigation.
Review key project documentation to refine strategies and enhance efficiency.
Ensure quality control inspections, test and commissioning plans, and resource load boards align with project objectives.
Validate Work Order Tasks (WOT) to ensure compliance with work management processes.
Review and improve testing and acceptance plans for various project activities.
Recommend and oversee the development of effective mock-ups where needed.
Identify and apply relevant Operating Experience to project activities.
Maintain broad knowledge of industry codes, standards, technologies, and strategies.
Provide oversight of shop or field activities to ensure project plans are executed correctly.
Coordinate with vendor resources to identify and resolve roadblocks.
Attend key strategy meetings and provide insights to enhance project success.
Skills:
Expertise in production and operational processes within a commercial nuclear power plant.
Experience with multiple refueling outages at a commercial nuclear power plant.
Proficiency in Enterprise Management Software such as Asset Suite and SAP.
Strong familiarity with logic-driven scheduling using Primavera or Microsoft Project.
Knowledge of code and regulatory requirements for maintenance and field activities.
Proficiency in error reduction, human performance improvement, and cost-effective work execution.
Deep understanding of procedures and processes related to maintenance and engineering.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and advanced computer skills.
Experience:
Requires an advanced (graduate) degree in a related field of study or business AND 10 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment. OR
Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or business AND 12 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment. OR
Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university AND 14 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment. OR
High School Diploma/GED AND 16 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.
Desired Experience:
Proven experience in construction management.
Proven experience in multiple refueling outages at a commercial nuclear power plant.
Proven experience with production and operational processes at a commercial nuclear power plant.
Desired Skills:
Experience with feedwater heaters and their internal components.
Experience with steam systems and ASME Boiler Pressure Vessel code components, including heat exchangers, piping, and valves.
Certifications in mechanical disciplines, construction, or project management are preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $87/hr to $115/hr. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
