  • Job #7951 Overview: ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Senior Implementation Manager position will be responsible for ensuring the execution of project deliverables with quality, safety, on schedule, within budget, and in the most effective manner possible. This full-time position is located in Richland, WA. Pay rate: $84.67 - $112.06 Benefits:

  • Review key project documentation to identify strategies for improving schedule performance, quality, and resource efficiency.
  • Identify and correct errors or misconceptions in project documentation, including:
  • Project Schedule (work management and lifecycle)
  • Implementation Means & Methods (organization and Vendor)
  • Risk Register and associated documentation (e.g., weld records, ASME Section XI plans)
  • Quality Control Inspections & Hold Points
  • Test & Commissioning Plans
  • Resource Load Boards
  • Budget/Estimate (assumptions, constraints, unit rates)
  • Validate the quality of WOTs associated with assigned scope before field activities.
  • Remediate identified WOTs that lack quality or contain errors.
  • Review and provide feedback on testing and acceptance plans (factory, shop, site).
  • Identify activities/processes that would benefit from mock-ups and provide guidance for their effectiveness.
  • Share personal operating experience and identify relevant industry examples.
  • Develop response strategies for each Operating Experience example.
  • Serve as the ASME Person in Charge for Section XI Repair & Replacement Plan work scope as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of codes, standards, innovative technologies, and industry trends related to Enterprise Risk Projects.
  • Provide timely and candid feedback to Project Manager(s), Oversight Manager(s), and Department Management on project strategies and implementation.
  • Oversee shop or field activities to ensure alignment with project strategies and provide coaching as necessary.
  • Serve as the designated person in charge of project activities on the opposite shift from the Project Manager, potentially overseeing crews of 50+ individuals.
  • Coordinate resources and collaborate with vendors to identify and remove roadblocks.
  • Attend key strategy meetings (in-person) with the Project Manager, including Design Review Boards, Steering Committees, and other assigned meetings. Requirements:
  • Requires an advanced (graduate) degree in a related field of study or business AND 10 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field of study or business AND 12 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.
  • Requires an associate's degree from an accredited college or university AND 14 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.
  • Requires a High School Diploma/GED AND 16 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.
  • Commercial Nuclear experience required.
  • Proven experience in construction management.
