Description Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Acute Care at 7RP Kadlec Regional Medical Center This position is open to any level of RN, including Residents. Kadlec is offering a $15,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care experience and up to a $9,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital acute care experience who meet all conditions for payment. Our Residency Program transitions new graduate Nurses into practice emphasizing inter-professional, collaborative, and patient-centered care. Our comprehensive specialty curriculum includes online and classroom-based learning, clinical simulation, skills development and unit orientation with specialty trained preceptors. Our Core Fundamentals program is designed to support new graduate professional development through their first year of practice.
