The Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo) Business Operations team is seeking a self-directed Financial Analyst that works well in a team environment. If you are a Finance professional with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, we want to speak to you! This position is part of the CPCCo Project Integration Risk & Planning Management organization supporting projects to manage project risk and program level risks through identification, characterization, and capture of risk information at both levels. The successful candidate will apply their knowledge to support the implementation of the overall CPCCo risk management program in accordance with the DOE 413.3-7A, Risk Management Guide and other industry best practices. A day in the life of a Risk Analyst may involve, but not limited to: * Establish working relationships with Integrated Project Teams including interfacing with Project Managers, Project Controls Specialists, Engineers, Estimators, Sr. Management and the client. * Create, develop and maintain project, program, and enterprise level risk (threat and opportunity) registers including conduction of workshops to elicit risk information. * Review, analyze, report, present, and communicate project, program, and enterprise level risk information. * Ensure timely and effective identification, assessment, and handling of project risks for CPCCo using a continuous risk informed decision-making philosophy. * Provide guidance in the development of project baseline plans, schedules and resource needs to address and mitigate identified risks. * Support Task Order and Contract Change proposal development through the identification, characterization, handling action development and analysis of risk. * Review Baseline Change Requests and Variance reporting, and support development of the associated risk impacts. * Perform written monthly performance reporting and communicate results to senior management. * Ensure risk metrics are kept current and support other risk communications, audits, and functions. * Record project risk data in the site risk repository EROMS and utilize Risk modeling software to perform Monte Carlo Analysis. * Updates risk procedures and desk instructions as applicable. * Conduct advanced risk analysis including cost and schedule risk assessments, sensitivity analysis, and risk driver presentations. * Conduct risk management training, team with and mentor other risk analysts. * Compliance with CPCC policies and procedures. * Ensure Integrated Safety Management System (ISMS) principles are incorporated into the organization's activities. * Support special projects, analysis, or studies as requested. Basic Qualifications * Grade 21 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 10 years of relevant experience. Desired Qualifications * Knowledge and understanding of regulatory environment and the critical/key decision process. * Knowledge of the integrated application of risk assessment techniques, risk models, statistical analysis, risk elicitation, and scheduling tools. * Experience with creation, maintenance, and reporting outputs of Monte Carlo models. * Experience and proficiency with programs; EROMS, Acumen Risk, Safran Risk, Crystal Ball or similar risk repository and risk modeling software's. * Experience implementing EIA-748 Earned Value M
