Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting Requirements Management in Richland, WA.

The contractor shall provide support in the following areas:
Serve as the Hanford POC and coordinator for both the DOE Technical Standards and Departmental Directives programs.
Administration and production monitoring of the DOE directives and standards systems and processes.
Collaboration with DOE complex, field office and contractor users, system owner, technical support resources and technical subject matter experts to assure timely development of products and continuity of services.
System administration-level manipulation of software (e.g., application workflow, population of data tables, processing associated permissions, reassignments related to workflows, tasks, and development and dissemination of system reports).
·Process development, including new and existing processes (e.g., applications, procedures, plans, program descriptions, etc.), problem reporting and improvement recommendations.
Coordinating and performing reviews of directives and technical standards, consolidating and submitting comments, and providing comment dispositions to reviewers.
Coordinating and performing development and reviews of documents that address requirements for completeness and clarity, and entering specific actions identified in the record of decision documents into a requirements management database for status and tracking for closure.
Coordinating and performing reviews of requirement documents that contain succinct statements of actions that are required to fulfill particular sets of requirements for content and completeness.
Coordinating and performing reviews of RL and ORP exemption and equivalency requests for requirements.
Provide system information reports to DOE management.
Provide directives and standards system process training and briefings.
Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The Contractor shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner.
The Contractor employee shall submit a weekly report to the technical monitor addressing work accomplished, and deliverable progress.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience in administration of document management systems, activities, and related software.
Experience in working with DOE directives/procedures management systems. Proficiency in the DOE Directives Online Review, Comment, and Approval System (RevCom) and the Directives Review Board is preferred.
Experience with DOE directives, technical standards, contract requirements documents, and exemptions/equivalency processing. A working-level knowledge of processes and requirements from DOE O 251.1D, Departmental Directives Program, and DOE O 252.1A, Technical Standards Program is preferred.
Experience in working with DOE complex, and technical standards.
Experience in developing and presenting training and briefing material.
Experience in working with external agencies (e.g. DOE HQ and EM directives and standards points of contact)
Excellent communications skills.
Ability to work simultaneously and in a collaborative manner.
Experience in customer service and conflict resolution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and Power Point.
Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required.

Annual Salary Range (based on full-time 40 hours per week)
Salary Range: $53,102 - $110,000
