Position Overview In this role, you'll manage all aspects of public and private asphalt paving/grading construction projects of various sizes. You'll prepare and manage bids and serve as the primary point of contact to communicate project cost, staffing, scheduling, and updates with contractors. You'll see the impacts of your work each day in every construction project you complete - from driveways to highways and parking lots to airports, you'll play an integral part as we stand together to reinvent the way our world is built. Location: This is an in-person position based out of Richland, WA. Compensation

  • Annual Base Salary $70,000 - $85,000 DOE

  • Proficient with PC Programs and the Microsoft Office Suite and possess the ability to learn new programs and applications.
  • Proven ability to work independently without direct supervision and use available resources to solve problems.

Preferred Requirements

  • Prior experience with Microsoft Project, Bid2Win, and takeoff software applications.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, or related field and/or previous experience in bidding, estimating, project coordination, or project management for asphalt paving projects.
  • An understanding of civil construction blueprints/drawings/specifications.
