Framatome Pipefitter Journeyperson in Richland, Washington
What You’ve Accomplished
You have completed a High School diploma or it's equivalent. The journeyman Pipefitter will have at least 4 years work experience which relates to the pipefitting maintenance field such as fabrication, installation and repair of industrial piping systems. Due to the variety of tasks, a thorough knowledge of maintenance techniques, material, tools and equipment is required. You are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

You may have also acquired the following skills:
Journeyman card.
Welding experience.
Expert in industrial safety as it applies to nuclear, radiological, or chemical processes.
Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff and management.
Experience in industrial manufacturing.
Ability to multitask competing priorities and dynamic requirements in a industrial manufacturing facility.

As a Pipefitter Journeyperson in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Maintenance Business Line in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include:
Repair, installation, modification, routine inspection, troubleshoot, replacement, and testing of plant equipment.
Ability to work from rough sketches or engineering drawings to perform fabrication work.
Adhere to established industry safe work practices.
Knowledge of and ability to conform to requirements of governing codes.
Ability to weld and maintain certifications.
Ability to work rotating shift assignment if assigned (based on seniority).

Framatome’s Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. This position is safety-sensitive and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening is required.
Your Total Rewards Package
The starting rate for this position is $51.97 per hour. After a successfully completed introductory period the pay increases to $54.70 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and benefits.
