Ability to process payroll with accurate computation, interpretation of company policies and compliance procedures, including tax regulations and legal requirements. Confidentiality and attention to details is required.
Computer and software proficiency including UKG and advanced Excel skills needed to analyze and verify data.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a strong team professionally and diplomatically.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities to provide professional customer service.
Strong organizational and time management skills. Must be able to interpret and develop payroll processes, adhere to strict deadlines, and prioritize work effectively.
Your Opportunity

You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Payroll Administrator in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Corporate Business Unit. Your work will include the processing of weekly and bi-weekly payrolls with accuracy and ensuring all process deadlines are met. Your responsibility will include all steps needed to prepare the payroll, review data for compliance to internal and regulatory policies, and reconciliations needed to process. Essential to success is confidentiality, attention to detail, and strong technical skills exhibited daily. You will interact with employees and managers on questions, audits and reporting requests. Additional responsibilities will include HR Support Center coverage assisting employees in the guidance, interpretation and application of Human Resources policies and procedures, as well as advise and propose solutions to HR questions and issues. This requires timely and effective case management and consistent resolution of employee issues. You will need to maintain a basic understanding of legal requirements related to HR and a thorough understanding of all company HR programs. As part of a strong team, you will continually review processes and make recommendations for improvements; and actively participate on assigned projects.

Framatome’s Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $23.60 - $30.90 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
