As a Payroll Administrator in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Corporate Business Unit. Your work will include the processing of weekly and bi-weekly payrolls with accuracy and ensuring all process deadlines are met. Your responsibility will include all steps needed to prepare the payroll, review data for compliance to internal and regulatory policies, and reconciliations needed to process. Essential to success is confidentiality, attention to detail, and strong technical skills exhibited daily. You will interact with employees and managers on questions, audits and reporting requests. Additional responsibilities will include HR Support Center coverage assisting employees in the guidance, interpretation and application of Human Resources policies and procedures, as well as advise and propose solutions to HR questions and issues. This requires timely and effective case management and consistent resolution of employee issues. You will need to maintain a basic understanding of legal requirements related to HR and a thorough understanding of all company HR programs. As part of a strong team, you will continually review processes and make recommendations for improvements; and actively participate on assigned projects.
