As an Operations Manager in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the DOF Business Line in the Fuel Business Unit. Your daily activities include providing multiple Product Center management and their approximately 200 staff with appropriate consultation and leadership to aid them in managing their unit business operations and strategic direction. We are looking for a leader with strong management skills and experience in a manufacturing environment to implement plant operating strategies to meet the priorities of the site; especially as we grow. The successful Operations Manager has excellent communication skills and is comfortable interacting with customers, auditors, visitors, peers and technicians. An engineering degree and advanced business degree would be highly valued. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess a bias for action, a hands-on approach, and spirit of excellence. This role is perfect for someone who is systematic in their approach, able to build consensus, and has a strong understanding of lean manufacturing, commercial, and financial principles.
