The facility located on Kingsgate Way was built in 2019, began operations in 2020 and has consistently led the Company in safety and production efficiencies. Employees are: Automatically enrolled in PCA's 401k retirement plan at the time of hire. Front-loaded with 48 hours of paid time off after completing 90 days of employment. Eligible for 11 holidays after completing 30 days worked. Reimbursed up to $150 for safety shoes after completing their introductory period. Eligible for up to $35 per month for monthly fitness memberships. Shift differential for swing and graveyard shifts. Operate a forklift or roll grab safely and efficiently. However, the successful candidate may provide support to our manufacturing process and machine operations at times. Loads and unloads product Keeps orders and materials in orderly fashion. Creates bills of lading, receives product, insures FIFO, etc. Transporting rolls of paper, units, loading and unloading orders, delivering raw materials. Assists other material handlers to balance the workload, organize warehouses, and perform general cleaning. Follows rules and procedures relative to the safe and efficient operation of the equipment and manufacturing practices; including reporting any missing, broken, bent or worn parts of the equipment to supervisor and/or maintenance.
