Courier (on call) is responsible for the pickup and delivery of laboratory documents, supplies, and specimens and for serving our client's immediate needs, in a professional manner, while keeping the Manager aware of any issues. Schedule: Monday - Friday - on call, in Tri-Cities region You will: Pickup and deliver specimens, supplies, interoffice mail and laboratory documents Perform professional and timely client services, in timely manner Follow Safety Protocols while driving Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Client services experience, preferred Knowledge of healthcare settings, including HIPAA privacy rule, preferred Valid driver's license required & excellent driving record, preferred (will obtain driving record after offer of employment is agreed) Ability to communicate effectively through company email, text messages and phone calls & basic computer skills Incyte Diagnostics is an EOE, including disability/veterans Other career options: Incyte Diagnostics is an EEO employer - M/F/Veteran/Disability/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity
