Manager Security - Security Department at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA

Under the general direction of the SR. MANAGER, FACILITIES OPERATIONS, the Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring safety and security initiatives for Kadlec; remains responsible for the management of Environment of Care (EOC) and security management in order to minimize hazards and reduce risk of injury to patients, visitors, and employees; Chairs and provides leadership for the Environment of Care Committee along with ensuring compliance with safety and security standards set forth by various regulatory agencies.

Shift Details:

• Full time, 40 hours a week, day shift

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree From an accredited educational institution.

• 8 years of experience in law enforcement, security, or related field, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

• 2 years of experience with computer and systems related to department operations, campus security, safety and staffing.
