Clipper Ridge Homeowners Assoc. HOA Property Manager in Richland, Washington
Manage day to day maintenance activities of a 100 unit HOA in Richland, headed by a Board of Trustees who are residents in the community.
Act as interface between Board and Community members. Maintain phone line and website queries.
Identify problems/issues on the property that need to be addressed. Obtain quotes from service providers to bring to the board and oversee the execution of such services.
Back up pool maintenance and clubhouse duties.
Maintain records of fees, dues and invoices.
20-30 hrs/month depending on seasonal requirements.
