For more information about the benefits and programs available to WSU employees, follow this link Summary of Duties: Under general supervision, this position is responsible for providing a variety of support to Facilities Operations. Assignments include general office duties such as reconciliation, purchasing support, project support, 25-live (Event Management), AIM Data Entry and other various related tasks. Develop and maintain tracking systems; maintain electronic and paper filing systems; have frequent contact with departmental, and university staff; and ensure compliance with departmental, institutional, and state rules and regulations. Required Qualifications: High School graduation or equivalent and two years of clerical experience; OR equivalent education/experience. • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and MS Office software programs. • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. • Excellent organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Office support experience working in higher education, local, or state, or equivalent. • Experience with interpreting and adhering to organizational, state and Federal policies and regulations. Additional Information: Monthly Salary: Range 34, $2738 - $3246 (Step A-G)-Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28-056 In accordance with Washington State Governor's Proclamation 21.14.3, as a condition of employment, you must be fully vaccinated or have an approved medical/religious accommodation by time of hire.
