Job Duties/Scope Of Work •Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions and applications. •Architect and implement AI agents to solve complex business challenges and enhance user experiences. •Develop and maintain efficient Python scripts to support AI and machine learning projects. •Utilize AI diagramming tools to visualize and communicate AI models and workflows effectively. •Leverage the Azure cloud environment to deploy and manage AI applications at scale. •Integrate Open AI technologies to enhance AI capabilities and explore new opportunities. •Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI strategies with business objectives. •Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to drive continuous improvement. Basic Qualifications •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. •7+ years of experience in AI software development. •Expertise in Python and AI libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). •Proven experience in AI agent creation and machine learning algorithm implementation. •Proficiency in AI diagramming tools and techniques. •Strong experience with the Azure cloud environment for AI deployment. •Familiarity with OpenAI technologies and their applications. •Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking. •Strong leadership and communication skills. Desired Qualifications •Master's degree in a related field. •Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision. •Knowledge of data engineering and data science best practices. •Experience in agile development methodologies.
