As a Ceramics Manufacturing Operator in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Ceramics Business Line in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include: Operates production equipment Responsible for manufacturing and assembly of nuclear products. In the ceramics product center powder is pressed, sintered, and ground to fabricate fuel pellets. Learn all aspects of fabrication in the area. May be required to work around chemicals and radioactive materials and must be able to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. May follow drawings, guidelines, and/or procedures to ensure product specifications and tolerance are met. Be competent to perform tasks that may impact on health and safety in the workplace. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. This position is safety-sensitive and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening is required. Your Total Rewards Package The starting pay rate for this position is $23.50 per hour. After a successfully completed introductory period the pay increases to $24.50 per hour and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary
