 Location: Richland, Washington * Type: Contract * Job #7885 Overview: ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Administrative Assistant position will provide day-to-day administrative support to management. This role will be to perform secretarial and administrative duties, interact with staff in the organization and with other staff, and perform administrative activities on behalf of management. This full-time position is located in Richland, WA. Pay rate: $18.46 - $25.51 Benefits: * Sick Leave: One hour of paid sick leave for every 40-hours worked (sick leave can be used after 90-days of employment) * EAP: Employee Assistance Program * Benefit Options: Medical, HSA, Group Life/AD&D, Voluntary Life/AD&D, Voluntary Short-Term Disability, Voluntary Long-Term Disability, Voluntary Critical Illness, Voluntary Accident, 401k (eligible after one year and 1,000 hours worked - employer match up to 4%) * Other benefits include the following: Calm App, Access Perks Responsibilities: * Maintain documents in accordance with recordkeeping requirements. * Prepare travel authorization and expense forms. * Coordinate travel arrangements in compliance with travel procedures. * Monitor department personnel qualifications to ensure proper maintenance. * Facilitate new department staff on-boarding (e.g., supplies, equipment, office orientation). * Schedule performance appraisals. * Prepare personnel-related paperwork/records (e.g., SSIS, ERCS). * Prepare various reports, correspondence, and presentations, often of a confidential nature, for key audiences including senior management and the board. * Provide office management and administrative support for the department. * Receive and direct in-person and telephone inquiries, including the must-answer line, to appropriate staff. * Answer questions as the first point of contact, and handle inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * Distribute department mail and faxes daily, monitoring for sensitive items and alerting appropriate staff. * Maintain office supply inventory and place special orders within budget or as approved. * Coordinate department facility and equipment needs (e.g., office furniture, printers, work orders). * Serve as department subject matter expert for AR system. * Generate ARs, prepare weekly reports, and track all actions to timely closure. * Coordinate dispositioning of AR-CF CRs. * Design and maintain the CF Corporate SharePoint site. * Initiate contract requisitions and changes. * Coordinate annual funding of all CF contracts. * Serve as credit card custodian. * Reconcile monthly billing. * Register staff for training. Requirements: * Requires a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 5 years of progressive administrative experience, including leadership responsibilities and independent decision-making authority. * Record of professional development to enhance the skills and knowledge for responsibilities assigned e.g., courses taken related to job enhancement or career growth). * Knowledge of general to advanced office management techniques including but not limited to, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and use of standard office equipment. * Knowledge in the use of Asset Suite and SharePoint. * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally and with discretion. * Proficient in the use of Microsoft (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access). * Must have strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time management skills. * Ability to handle complex projects. * Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules. * Perform work with minimal supervision. * Must be detail oriented. * Ability to be creative and part To view the full job description,
