Job Responsibilities/Duties

Washington River Protection Solutions (WRPS) seeks an Administrative Assistant to assist the facilities organization. This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative support activities for assigned function(s) requiring knowledge of company and departmental policies, procedures and practices. This individual will provide front desk coverage at the 2435 Stevens Center Building.

The Administrator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide front desk coverage at the front desk of the 2435 Stevens Center building.

  • Provide oversight/assistance for all procurement purchases associated with downtown facilities.

  • Assist and cover the help desk as needed.

  • Creating temporary badges for new hires and interviewees.

  • Key custodian for assigned buildings (inventories, audits, management of keys, etc.).

  • Proxy access responsibilities.

  • Provide assistance to HR in a variety of different tasks.

  • Provide support as needed for personnel moves

Required Qualifications

Grade 4:

High school diploma and 3 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Grade 5:

High school diploma and 5 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills needed to facilitate project milestones.

  • Must be able to clearly and concisely communicate to peers and management.

  • Must take prompt action to accomplish assigned objectives and understand/identify issues and opportunities.

  • Expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation & Benefits

In accordance with the company's philosophy on compensation for exempt and salaried non-exempt employees, WRPS takes into consideration a variety of factors when determining initial salary to include assigned job scope and responsibility, a candidate's qualifications as compared to internal comparators performing in a similar role, and the external labor market. A salary offer will be made within the targeted hiring range posted. Note a candidate's prior salary history will not be taken into consideration.

Hiring Range Minimum: $43,125

Hiring Range Maximum: $59,850
