Looking for a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor for a coffee manufacturer in Renton! You'll organize and support staff, drive accuracy and efficiency, train and supervise personnel, maintain equipment, and address discrepancies using critical thinking, as well as track and report key KPIs. Responsibilities

Daily Tasks include:

Organize and support the team of warehouse staff to ensure that all their daily tasks are finished

Drive improvements in accuracy and efficiency across all warehouse activity

Train and supervise a small staff of warehouse personnel

Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained

Using problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address warehouse discrepancies

Determine, track, and report the most important warehouse KPIs

Tools for Success include:

Ability to determine priorities and assign tasks in a fast-paced work environment

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently with high accuracy and attention to detail

Familiarity with standard warehouse practices, previous forklift experience

Familiarity with common data entry software packages (Google, Office, etc.) and ERP systems (experience in SAP is preferred)

Job Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a Warehouse, 1+ years of experience supervising a team

Valid Driver's License

1+ years of experience doing some data entry in ERP systems

Candidate must be able to be on their feet consistently, every day, for most of an 8hr shift
