PACCAR Inc. Supplier Management Analyst in Renton, Washington

Requisition Summary In this position, you will work directly with our network of Kenworth and Peterbilt dealers, the sales teams and our supply base to drive truck down performance and expedite orders for key customers and fleets. In this dynamic role you will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with our supply base and working diligently to get customer orders prioritized and shipped. At the same time, you will develop relationships with our regional sales teams and dealer network to establish trust and credibility that make us a "best in class" customer service provider. Job Functions / Responsibilities Manage supplier truck down and expedite performance, order processes and customer service responsiveness. Work with supplier, dealer and internal stakeholders to expedite critical orders. Prioritize supplier performance issues and develop action plans to address them. Analyze data from multiple sources to identify part trends and opportunities to improve supplier performance, reduce truck down orders and improve customer experience. Report to PACCAR Parts executive leadership, customer service and marketing management on supplier truck down and expedite performance. Identify and execute process and systems changes to improve responsiveness to customer inquiries and reduce lead time. Prepare supplier communications, management reports and supplier performance records. Work with internal teams and suppliers to identify alternative parts that meet customer needs when requested parts are not available. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, master's degree a plus. Minimum one year experience in a commercial role such as purchasing, marketing or sales. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint aswell as AS400. Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, and Snowflake. Skills Strong problem solving, communication, and negotiatingskills. Proven ability to workin a team-oriented, multi-functional business environment. Knowledge of truck components, aftermarket sales, parts distribution and manufacturing. Knowledge of engineering concepts. Strong project management skills. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $65,500 - $89,760 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
