Description Supervisor Integrated Absence Management LOA-Non STD Remote. Most states eligible This position will lead and supervise the work of team members who are administering leave and disability claims. Manage and monitor workloads and assignments, provide constructive feedback and monitor individual case activities. Provide technical and jurisdictional expertise to support the case managers on claim adjudication and administration, and maintains a diary on complex and high exposure cases.
