Providence St. Joseph Health Supervisor Business Informatics in Renton, Washington

Description * This position is remote but will require occasional travel. Ideal candidates will sit in the states of WA, OR, CA, or MT * Provides excellence in area of revenue cycle workflows and financial performance in Epic which includes, implementations and support for new affiliates or community connect clients and their ongoing support and team development and support for the overall business informatics program. The essential functions include providing day to day support and supervision of the Epic business informatics staff. Supports the department and IS strategic goals, resource planning and utilization. This includes the support of business informatics success through implementation and workflow support within span of control. Responsible for supervising, mentoring and developing Epic Revenue Cycle Business Informatics (Cadence, HIM, PB & HB, etc). Primarily focuses on revenue cycle application area and supporting the day to day functions for our business informatics caregivers to ensure their success. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services Or equivalent educ/experience Equivalent combination of education, skills and relevant experience. Within 90 days of hire: Epic Applications (maintain certification in a current status) 2 years Information Service Leadership or Healthcare operations experience. 4 years Working in an Epic environment OR; 7 years Informatics, operational, or build analyst experience in Epic environment and/or equivalent healthcare software environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic Revenue Cycle Applications (Cadence, HIM, PB & HB, etc) preferred Previous experience with Epic Revenue cycle preferred Experience with Project Management and / or Epic implementations preferred Salary Range by Location: NorCal (Napa, Sonoma) Min: $59.84 , Max: $96.32 Southern California, NorCal (Humboldt) Alaska (Kodiak, Seward, Valdez) Min: $53.53 , Max: $85.85 WA Puget Sound Min: $53.53 , Max: $85.85 Oregon (Portland) Min: $51.16 , Max: $82.36 Oregon (Hood River, Medford, Seaside) Min: $47.70 , Max: $76.78 Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla) Min: $45.53 , Max: $73.29 Montana Min: $41.19 , Max: $66.31 Why Join Providence?
