Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Business Analyst to join the Sustaining Systems Operation team based out of Renton, Washington .

Position Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with information technology organizations to represent customers and functional users on project requirements, activities, and status.

  • Effectively contracts with customer and/or charters project, designs a process workshop based on customer requirements and objectives.

  • Applies and makes recommendations for the process, data, and applications/systems architecture.

  • Influences, negotiates, and acts as a change agent with a diverse audience for complex process improvements.

  • Collects, analyzes, documents, and integrates requirements from multiple process owners.

  • Serves as mentor to others within the skill. May benchmark, or assist in benchmarking, best practices and industry standards; presents best practices at internal events.

  • Leads, participates, or works together to reach agreement on the development of business architecture design, phased implementation, and use.

  • Provide End User support on application issues, directing users to resources available.

  • Assesses strategic direction to ensure alignment by reviewing policies, procedures, processes, and long range business plan.

  • Leads transition into actionable business strategy by understanding company policies, strategic direction, strategic initiatives (e.g., Quality Management Systems, International Standards for Organization, Capability Maturity Model Initiative, Baldrige Award Criteria, and Employee Involvement, Knowledge Management, etc.).

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+years of experience have you had with SAP or other ERP implementations

  • experience managing complex technical software implementation projects

  • experience assessing customer needs, defining roadmaps, overseeing product implementation and defining analytics to measure success

  • 5+years of experience do you have with information technology, data analytics, and/or system architectures

  • 5+years of experience do you have in production operations or a support role involving end user/customer support for IT systems

  • 5+years of experience do you have with Supply Chain Systems and Tools

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

The Basic Relocation package will be offered.

Summary pay range: $110,000.00 - $118,500.00
