Then consider joining our small but mighty team as a Market Intelligence Analyst! The Market Intelligence Analyst provides standard and ad hoc reporting to the Marketing department and Senior Management for the PACCAR Parts division. Responsibilities include working with the Market Intelligence Insights Manager to identify and develop new reports that support the strategic initiatives of our sales teams. Job Functions / Responsibilities * Develop Tableau Dashboards to support Marketing initiatives * Maintains and analyzes market data provided by MacKay, ACT Research, ATA and other providers, including Economic Indicator Watch, Parts & Service Market Share, and PARC data * Provide our division with the latest market information and news by summarizing relevant content for internal distribution lists * Analyze key business metrics and provide users with recommendations for improvement based on data analysis * Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies * Conduct Competitor Benchmarking * Perform miscellaneous project work and other duties as assigned * Manage the Dealer Expansion Program through conducting annual program reviews, handling dealership enrollments and correspondence, and processing claim requests. Maintains records for internal control and audit. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, MIS or related field 2-4 Years of work experience in analytics or market intelligence * Ability to gather and analyze large data sets, identify areas of opportunity, and deliver improvements * Experience with Tableau and developing interactive dashboards * Experience with SQL and/or Snowflake a plus * Highly-motivated self-starter and self-directed learner with a creative mind, high attention to detail, and a solution-oriented outlook * Candidate must demonstrate strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to clearly & concisely communicate complex topics * Heavy-Duty Trucking Industry knowledge a plus Additional Job Board Information PACCAR Benefits: As a U.S. PACCAR employee, you have a full range of benefit options including: 401k with up to a 5% company match Fully funded pension plan that provides monthly benefits after retirement Comprehensive paid time off - minimum of 10 paid vacation days (additional days are provided with additional seniority/years of service), 12 paid holidays, and sick time Tuition reimbursement for continued education Medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your family Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) Paid short-and long-term disability programs Life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance EAP services including wellness plans, estate planning, financial counseling and more Salary Range: At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $80,800 - $114,290 annually. This position is eligible for a holiday gift and may offer relocation assistance benefits.Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
