Division Information PACCAR's Information Technology Division (ITD), located in Renton, WA utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide systems development, consulting, voice and data communications services to the entire Corporation, which has high visibility in the technology sector. Requisition Summary We are looking for a special, high-impact person - the kind of contributor who is willing to get into the details and wants to make a significant difference for our business by developing best-in-class systems solutions to support our diverse business teams. This team member will be working on one or more, small to large projects that require versatile skills in WorkForce Software, specifically in the Time and Leave modules. This position will research and resolve problems, develop functional specifications from business requirements, coordinate technical support, participate in cost benefit analysis, and contribute to software and process solutions. The Functional Analyst will be responsible for the solution and design, will develop functional specifications, produce deliverables related to the project(s) assigned and assists in post implementation support and system enhancements. This position is responsible for gathering, compiling, and synthesizing information with regard to core technology, processes or systems. Job Functions/Responsibilities Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the Time and Leave modules of WorkForce Software. Customize and configure the Time and Leave modules to meet specific organizational needs, including the design and implementation of time and leave policies, accruals, carryovers, and other rules. Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the Time and Leave modules function accurately. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Time and Leave modules, providing timely support to end-users. Develop and maintain documentation related to time and leave processes, configurations, and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between WorkForce Software and other HR systems. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effective use of the Time and Leave modules of WorkForce Software. Participate in system upgrades, ensuring that customizations and configurations are preserved.
