Requisition Summary We are seeking a motivated induvial who is interested in growing within the sales organization. The Sales Office Specialist is responsible for processing Dealer Competitive Sales Requests (CSRs), supporting Daily Sales Forecast reports, and providing additional reporting as required. In this role you are the core support of the sales team, providing organizational and administrative assistance while driving sales opportunities. Job Functions / Responsibilities Review and process Competitive Sales Requests from field sales personnel and dealer personnel. Coordinate with the Product Marketing team to ensure Competitive Sales Request guidelines are followed. Participate in department initiatives and projects using Six Sigma methodology. Provide support to the Kenworth and Peterbilt sales teams in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and South America. Process requests for MAAP (Major Account Assistance Program) and review accounts to ensure they meet minimum program requirements. Provide support to sales team and dealer meetings and events. Update Daily Forecast reports and compile sales reports and/or analyses as requested by the executive administration team. Assist with department administrative support, including coverage for Executive Assistant to the General Manager. Provide ad-hoc support for the PACCAR Parts Volume Sales program. Qualifications Bachelor's degree Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and follow through. Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving issues. Strong technical/computer skills including Word, Excel, Access and Power Point. Interested in using data analytics tools Tableau and Snowflake to transform and analyze data. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $55,400.00 - $75,900.00 annually.
