Nurses are empowered by our shared governance model that includes nursing staff in the process of creating practice standards and expectations. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. 1 year of education & Training: LTC geriatric experience. 5 Center Primary Nurse: Teaching experience. Preferred Qualifications: In Long Term care. Supervisory experience with nursing assistants (NAC's). Experience with an interdisciplinary team. 3 years of 5 Center Primary Nurse: direct care experience. 5 Center Primary Nurse: MDS/RAI experience.
