PACCAR Inc. Retail Promotions Manager in Renton, Washington

Requisition Summary The Retail Promotions Manager will manage and lead a team responsible for retail customer loyalty programs in North and South America. This dynamic role requires project and program coordination with PACCAR dealers, multiple departments within PACCAR Parts, and external marketing partners to increase retail sales and enhance the customer experience. Job Functions / Responsibilities Manage the retail promotions team responsible for dealer support, daily program execution, and program analytics. Lead loyalty program strategies to drive retail growth and enhance customer experience. Increase levels of customer acquisition, retention, cross-selling and up-selling. Manage vendor partner relationships including dealer business system integrations. Collaborate with vendor partners on data management and analytics. Develop new program materials and website enhancements. Develop and present program updates and overviews to dealer personnel and division leadership. Champion Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects to improve marketing tools and increase internal and customer efficiency. Support, coach, and mentor team professional development. Skills / Competencies Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or related field required. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $96,700 - $136,290 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
