Description Reportable Quality Event Manager Remote-Most states eligible The Reportable Quality Event Manager provides leadership for projects and improvement activities in service to the achievement of Clinical Strategic Plan outcomes and support of efficient and effective quality infrastructure across the enterprise. S/he will organize and facilitate expert workgroups and teams to accomplish system-wide improvement efforts and will take a lead role in developing and implementing new processes, technologies, and resources for knowledge transfer towards achievement of the Clinical Strategic Plan's targeted outcomes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Clinical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience 5 years of experience in quality and/or patient safety program/project management, with demonstrated track record of leading teams to desired results. Proven leadership and management experience, including deployment of work plans, metrics and monitoring processes. Experience that demonstrates effectiveness in accomplishing objectives in a complex organization. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, or related field. Experience using GE Cap and Work-out methodologies, or other performance improvement/facilitation methodologies.
