Annual Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 Position The Recruiter II will follow effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Recruiter II will: Source for candidates to fill direct and indirect positions on assigned platforms and ATS. Screen and select qualified candidates to participate in the interview process. Counsel candidates on the interview and hiring process. Maintain a pipeline of candidates to fill future roles. Schedule interviews, oversee processes in partnership with hiring leaders, and ensure interview questions are documented and correct recruiting protocols are followed. Collaborate with the recruiting team, hiring leaders, and/or human resource staff during the offer process as needed. Identify and recommend appropriate salary, start dates and other pertinent details. Assist with marketing for the recruiting team utilizing various methods, including job posts, advertisements, and social media. Develop new strategies and programs leveraging multiple channels to attract potential candidates and maintain a talent pipeline. Attend and participate in job/career fairs and engage with external partners (colleges, technology schools, state training programs, networking events, etc.) to build a pipeline and increase the organization's brand awareness in the community. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations applicable to recruiting and hiring. Advanced interpersonal skills with advanced negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse workforce. Capable of working and interacting with all employee levels, both internal and external business partners. Ability to educate hiring managers on best practices for interviewing candidates. Ability to train newer team members. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and delegate them when appropriate. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to act with integrity and professionalism and uphold the ethical standards of the company. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Customer-centric focus and advanced customer service skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Knowledgeable of social media platforms and how to leverage them to support recruiting efforts. Understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Experience: At least two years performing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process. Prior work experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry preferred.
