As a Project Manager/Estimator, your key responsibilities will be to manage projects from the initial bid process through project close out. This position will evaluate bid specifications and drawings, and upon project award, manage the contract from start to finish ensuring profitable operations to meet or exceed the client's expectations. It is essential to plan, direct and coordinate activities of assigned project to ensure that goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Critical for success are strong communication skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, while maintaining strict attention to detail.

    What it takes:

  • B achelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, 5-7 years of related heavy civil construction experience, or equivalent combination of both

  • Experience in scheduling, estimating and project controls software

  • Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record

  • PMP, PE (desired)

  • Experience with scheduling, estimating and project controls software (desired)

  • Travel required
