Providence St. Joseph Health Program Manager, Risk and Integrity Services *Remote* in Renton, Washington

The Program Manager is responsible for managing a number of projects beneath a common objective supporting a program within RIS. This position will work collaboratively with RIS executive team, senior leadership and business operational leadership. The program manager supports key initiatives across RIS. Their work is driven by the priorities of the RIS Senior Leadership team and is heavily relied on to drive change in operations. The Program Manager is accountable for working with and facilitating processes to accomplish complex program objectives, managing change, and resolving issues that span project teams and departments by planning, organizing, directing and supervising program activities in a cost-effective and productive manner. This position relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals on complex issues where analysis of situations or data may require an in-depth evaluation of variables. The Program Manager ensures projects related to RIS are planned and executed in a manner that supports the Providence St Joseph Health Mission, and supports integration and collaboration across the health system while meeting the organizational objectives.
