Providence St. Joseph Health Program Coordinator *Remote* in Renton, Washington

Description Program Coordinator Remote . Occasional local travel in the greater Renton area will be required to coordinate management meetings. The Program Coordinator supports and actively participates in Mission related programs/events, manages tasks and details of various related projects, and partners to create meaningful experiences across our programs with excellence. The role provides daily support in maintaining program documentation, coordinates and schedules meetings and/or large programming sessions, assists in compiling and analyzing data for success of programs, tracking and approving related expenses for activities, creating program or project tracking reports, supports training activities and provides other types of administrative support to a variety of programs within the Mission department. The Program Coordinator communicates and engages regularly with stakeholders, senior leaders, clinical leaders, managers, team members, regional/system staff and event venue partners. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 years Demonstrated relevant work experience in organizing, facilitating, and assisting in program planning and project or business/clinical operations.
