PACCAR Inc. Product Manager - Remanufacturing Job in Renton, Washington

Requisition Summary The Product Manager Remanufacturing is responsible for developing and managing PACCAR MX remanufactured engine service parts. Responsibilities include identifying market need, product definition, core management, supplier coordination, development of marketing and training materials, and support of sales activities. Job Functions / Responsibilities Identify engine service parts that are appropriate for remanufacturing Collaborate with Purchasing to identify and select remanufacturing service suppliers Manage part core programs for current and future reman programs Forecast production volumes and monitor actual demand Coordinate with Suppliers, Materials, and PACCAR Divisions on parts supply Review product changes and determine stocking actions for PDC and Dealer inventory Facilitate warranty administration between PACCAR Parts and Suppliers Compile and publish product information in catalogs, flyers, and cross reference resources Present program information and direction to PACCAR and Dealer Sales staff Skills / Competencies Demonstrated analytical aptitude and skills Understanding of engine parts and service applications Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and PACCAR divisions to complete aftermarket engine initiatives Excellent organizational skills Effective communication and presentation skills Self-directed and able to manage multiple concurrent assignments Demonstrated proficiency Microsoft Office Suite AS400 Proficiency Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree a plus. 3-5years' experiencein heavy truck parts and service industry Ability to travel up to 25% including international travel Six Sigma Belt Experienceis a plus Additional Job Board Information PACCAR Benefits: As a U.S. PACCAR employee, you have a full range of benefit options including: 401k with up to a 5% company match Fully funded pension plan that provides monthly benefits after retirement Comprehensive paid time off - minimum of 10 paid vacation days (additional days are provided with additional seniority/years of service), 12 paid holidays, and sick time Tuition reimbursement for continued education Medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your family Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) Paid short-and long-term disability programs Life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance EAP services including wellness plans, estate planning, financial counseling and more This position is eligible for a holiday gift This position may offer relocation assistance benefits Salary Range: At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $80,800.00 - $114,290.00 annually.
